Shipping policy

 

General Information

We strive to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. While we ship to many countries, there are some destinations we do not currently support. Shipping availability will be confirmed during checkout. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact Customer Service at letschat@8-hours.com.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing:
    Orders placed after 10:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Dispatch:
    Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day from the time you receive an order confirmation.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Netherlands & United Kingdom: 1–3 business days

    • European Union (EU): 2–6 business days

    • International (outside EU): 2–15 business days

You will receive an email with a tracking code once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package via our shipping partners such as Royal Mail (UK), Deutsche Post (International), or PostNL (NL).

Delays and Cancellations

If your order is delayed by more than 15 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, you may cancel the order by providing written notice. In such cases, we will refund your payment in full.
If the order has already been shipped, the product must be returned to us before the refund is processed. Shipping fees will be clearly shown in your order summary prior to checkout.

 


 

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the EU and UK, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional documentation required for delivery. Please consult local regulations as these may vary by country.

 


 

Delivery Attempts

Our shipping carriers will attempt to deliver your order up to two times. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, a return shipping fee and administrative charge may apply unless redelivery or pickup is arranged in time.

 


 

Order Inspection

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any discrepancies or damage, report the issue as outlined in our Refund Policy. Prompt reporting ensures faster resolution and eligibility for returns or refunds.

 


 

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping is available for:

    • All orders over €55

    • All membership orders (to eligible destinations)

For other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and added to the final total.
