“Noise disrupts your sleep architecture even when it doesn't wake you. Removing it is one of the simplest improvements most people are not making.”

  • 1x pair of 8hours Deep Sleep Earplugs (reusable silicone)
  • 4 ear tip sizes included: XS, S, M, L
  • Protective bedside carry case
  • Compatible with all ear canal sizes

Select your ear tip size first - the tip should sit snugly without discomfort. Most people use M, but XS through L are included so you can find your fit.

Gently pull your outer ear upward to open the ear canal, then insert the silicone tip until you feel a comfortable seal. The loop sits flush outside the ear - low-profile enough for side sleepers.

To remove, simply pull the loop gently outward. Rinse with warm water after use and allow to dry before storing in the carry case.

Sound activates the auditory cortex even during sleep - causing micro-arousals that shift you from deep NREM or REM into lighter sleep stages. These events typically last 3-15 seconds and don't register as waking up, but significantly reduce restorative sleep time over a full night.

At 40dB - the volume of a quiet conversation or urban ambient noise - sleep architecture begins to fragment. Noise exposure above this threshold is associated with reduced slow-wave sleep, fewer complete REM cycles, and elevated cortisol in the morning.

What they do

Four things you'll notice.

More deep sleep.

NREM stage 3 is where physical restoration happens - tissue repair, hormone release, immune function. Noise disrupts these cycles invisibly. A quieter environment means deeper stages that last longer and do more.

Uninterrupted REM.

Sounds you don't consciously hear still trigger micro-arousals - pulling you into lighter sleep. Quieter nights mean full REM cycles, and waking with the mental clarity that comes with them.

Faster sleep onset.

Your brain stays alert to sound even as you fall asleep. Reducing ambient noise lowers arousal thresholds and cuts the time between lying down and crossing into sleep.

Consistent recovery.

Physical and cognitive restoration compounds over time. Removing one nightly disruption - noise - consistently across weeks and months is the difference between baseline recovery and real performance.

The noise your brain never stops processing.

Deep sleep requires your brain to disengage from external stimulation. It can't do that when it's monitoring background sound all night.

Even sounds that don't wake you cause micro-arousals - pulling you into lighter sleep stages and cutting your deep and REM cycles short. The result is a sleep debt that builds invisibly, one disrupted night at a time.

Designed for the way you actually sleep.

Most earplugs are built for loud workplaces, not sleep. They're too firm, too bulky, and create pressure when you're on your side.

8HOURS Deep Sleep Earplugs are pre-shaped, low-profile foam - soft enough to forget they're there, effective enough to matter. Roll, insert, expand. That's it.

FAQ

You have questions. We have answers.

Are they comfortable to sleep in?

Yes. The pre-shaped foam is designed with side sleepers in mind - lower profile than standard foam to reduce pillow pressure. Most people forget they're wearing them within a few minutes of putting them in.

If they feel uncomfortable initially, try reinserting: correct placement makes a significant difference.

What noise level do they block?

8HOURS Deep Sleep Earplugs carry an SNR rating of 35dB. That's enough to reduce traffic, snoring, and typical urban ambient noise to levels that stop disrupting sleep architecture.

They don't create total silence - just enough quiet for your brain to disengage from monitoring sound.

How do I insert them correctly?

Unlike foam earplugs, no rolling is required. Select an ear tip size that feels snug but comfortable - try M first, then adjust up or down if needed.

Gently pull your outer ear upward to open the ear canal, then insert the silicone tip until you feel a seal. The loop body should sit flat against the outside of the ear - designed specifically so it doesn't create pressure when you're lying on your side.

If you're not getting a good seal, try a different tip size before assuming they don't fit. The right size makes a significant difference to noise reduction.

Can I use them every night?

Yes - the silicone construction is designed for nightly reuse. Unlike disposable foam earplugs, these are built to last.

After use, rinse with warm water and let dry before storing in the carry case. Replace ear tips if they deteriorate, no longer seal properly, or cause discomfort.

Do they work for a snoring partner?

Softer snoring is significantly muffled - most people find it no longer wakes them. Louder snoring will still be audible at reduced volume.

For best results, make sure you're using the correct ear tip size. A good seal is the biggest factor in noise reduction performance.

Our promise

Sleep in them every night for 30 days.

If you don't notice deeper, more uninterrupted sleep, return them for a full refund. No questions.
